The Trinitatiskirche was built in 1860 and is the oldest newly built Protestant church in left-bank Cologne. In 1943, an air raid nearly completely destroyed the church. The reconstruction lasted from 1952 to 1965. Since 1982, the Trinitatiskirche has been a listed building.
