You’ll be making dumpling fillings and learning the art of folding your dumpling wrappers into various traditional shapes: mandu, gyoza and shumai. Turn these shapes into delicious chicken and vegetable dumplings with dipping sauces. At the end of it all, learn how to both steam and pan fry your dumplings.
