Kyoto Botanical Garden: LIGHT CYCLES KYOTO

⭐ LIGHT CYCLES KYOTO invites you into a dreamlike world of plants, light, and sound inside the expansive conservatory of the Kyoto Botanical Gardens. Explore four immersive zones where lush plant life merges with light, music, and projection mapping by Moment Factory, known for creating spectacular shows for USJ and major artists, transforming the space into a living canvas of glowing flowers and trees that seem to breathe with life.

🌸 Starting February 13, 2026, a spring-inspired illumination will take place mainly around Nakaragi Forest. Enjoy a special evening walk where light and sound gently portray plants as they awaken from winter’s stillness toward new growth. From late March, a limited-time cherry blossom illumination is also planned, offering a unique experience of night-time blossoms in a botanical garden.

At the Conservatory of the Kyoto Botanical Gardens, THREE, a brand that brings out holistic beauty through the power of plants, presents the immersive installation “THE ROOM OF (IN) SCENTS” under the concept of “Exploring the vitality of plants through the five senses.”
In this art project, fragrances are recommended based on your current mood and the “memories of the four zones,” gently reflecting how you feel in the moment. You can then take home a postcard scented with THREE Essential Scents R, blended using 100% natural botanical essential oils.
