Description
Transform yourself with our exclusive concept, a perfect fusion of boxing and bootcamp!
50 minutes, 10 rounds, divided into 2 training styles: Boxing and Bootcamp.
The Boxing, intense in cardio, is done on aqua-bags with a single goal: to hit them.
To do this, an infinite number of combos simple to execute, based on the 6 classic boxing punches learned at the start of the session.
On the Bootcamp side, we draw, trace, and strengthen the upper and lower body: abs, glutes, and thighs on a bench equipped with dumbbells.
Here, we don’t talk about levels.
Sessions are open to all.
No duels, no impacts.
