Savory Buffet:

• Jamón ibérico, coca de cristal with tomato and AOVE, a selection of cheeses, cured meats, and nuts, Mediterranean smoked fish (salmon, cod) and pickles, beef steak tartar with carasau bread, a selection of seasonal “vasitos” (hummus, corvina ceviche, burrata cream with pesto and dried tomato), oysters from the Ebro Delta with toppings, savory pastrami croissant rolls

Sweet Buffet:

• Chocolate or pistachio NY rolls, plum cakes, and artisanal cookies, assorted cakes (Red Velvet, Sacher, American Carrot), breads, grissini, organic jams and butters, caramelized French toast, mini pastries, petit fours and macarons, “vasitos” of chia pudding and yogurt with red fruits, strawberries, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Hot Station:
